What format is it supplied in?

Editable Word and Excel throughout. No PDFs you cannot change and no software to buy. The workbooks are live, so formulas recalculate as you fill them in.

Can I rebrand it and use it as my own?

Will the acceptance criteria match my vessel?

Acceptance criteria, limits and thresholds are deliberately left as "(enter)", so they point at your vessel specification, your alarm philosophy and your manufacturer data rather than carrying somebody else's numbers into your operation.

Can I get a refund if it is not what I need?

The packs are delivered as an immediate download, so sales are final and there is no refund for a change of mind. A corrupt, incomplete or unopenable file is fixed or refunded, and a pack materially different from what this site describes is refunded. Ask before you buy if you are not certain it fits.
