Operational Readiness Review
An independent check of whether the vessel, the people and the operating system are ready to deploy.

The shore base is where most uncrewed programmes lose time, and where most of the injuries happen. Moving into a new port, or a new country, adds local suppliers, local rules and local people who have never seen a vessel like yours.
A mobilisation plan and schedule you can hand to a project manager. The shore-side lift plans, method statements and risk assessments. A shortlist of local partners with what each is needed for. And on-site support through mobilisation and first operations where you want a second pair of experienced hands.
Best started before the port is chosen, because the port decision drives most of the rest. It can run remotely, on site, or both.
International deployments are normal work here, including bringing a vessel into Europe from outside the region, and the regulatory and stakeholder engagement usually runs alongside on the same programme.
